Welcome to my own website. This is just a big show and tell of all the different crafts I do. I do a lot of charity work, and I hope when you are looking at my site that it would encourage you to do the same. Well, the title isn't 100% correct. I sewed the label on the Blanket of Love and handed it in at today's patchwork meeting. I showed everyone my bag, and the morning ladies have asked for a workshop. We'll see. Over the last three days Allan has been doing a framing course. The initial idea is for photos, but yesterday's lesson was to frame embroideries. So, he took in a cross-stitch I did years ago and he brought it home today done. It still needs wire on the back to hang it, but it is so good to finally get it framed properly. (He'll take orders if anyone is interested) 
I am leaving tomorrow for patchwork's retreat, so I won't post again until Monday. Then I can show everything we did. We do have some small workshops, but I am only taking my cross-stitch to start - again, and a couple of magazines to catch up on a bit of reading. |
